What we collect

• The content of your conversation with the chatbot, including anything you write yourself.
• Your IP address, temporarily, solely to limit the number of requests (protection against abuse).
• When booking a consultation: name, email address, company name, area of interest, description of the problem, and time zone.

Why

• So the chatbot can answer questions.
• So we can arrange the consultation and prepare for it.
• So we can improve the bot's answers.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest in responding to inquiries, and taking steps prior to entering into a contract at the individual's request. Processing of the IP address is based on a legitimate interest in preventing abuse and keeping the site running securely.

Who receives the data (processors)

• OpenAI — processes the conversation content so the bot can respond (servers in the US). They may retain the content in line with their own privacy policy: openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.
• Resend — sends the full conversation transcript to the controller by email.
• Vercel — hosts the website.
• Cal.com — handles booking of appointments.
• Google — the controller's calendar and email.

How long

Conversation transcripts remain in the controller's mailbox until deleted. Bookings remain in the calendar. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. Send your request to azenoai.si@gmail.com. You can file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The chat widget uses sessionStorage in your browser to function, which is cleared when you close the tab.
